If your photo is lower resolution and you don’t have another option, that’s absolutely okay—we can still work with it. Just keep in mind that HD photos always deliver the clearest details and most accurate colors in your custom diamond painting.

Choosing the right diamond painting size depends on the effect you’re looking for and where you plan to display it.

Small sizes (10x12in–12x16in) are quick to finish and perfect for simple designs or adding a subtle decorative accent.
Medium sizes (16x20in–20x26in) strike the best balance between detail and manageability, making them the ideal choice for living rooms, bedrooms, or gifts.
However, if you want a truly show-stopping work of art, Large sizes (24x32in and above) capture the sharpest details and create a stunning effect on any wall.

As a general rule, the larger the canvas, the clearer and more impressive the result—this is highly recommended for portraits, pets, and custom photo art.

1. Is everything I need included in the kit?
Yes! Every kit includes canvas, diamonds, tray, pen tool, wax, and extra diamonds—everything needed to complete your artwork.

2. What if I run out of diamonds?
This is very rare, as we provide enough diamonds for each color. If this happens, don't worry! Just send us an email with the number of the missing color and your order number. We will send you the missing diamonds free of charge. Our email address: Service@udiamondart.com.

3. Are the diamonds full drill or partial drill?
Most of our designs are full drill, meaning the entire canvas is covered with diamonds. This gives a fuller, more stunning result.

4. Are the diamonds resin or acrylic?
Most of our Round diamonds are high-sparkle resin; Square diamonds may be resin or high-quality acrylic depending on the color set.

5. Do you offer custom photo diamond paintings?

6. Is this suitable for beginners or kids?
Absolutely! Round diamond kits and smaller sizes are perfect for beginners and kids. Easy, relaxing, and fun. We offer special collections for Kids and Beginners, so you can find a design that suits your style.

No, you can select any product in any size on our website.

8. Do you guarantee a money-back refund?
Not satisfied? We will refund your money, no questions asked. Of course, we would like to know if the issue is on our end and how we can improve. Nevertheless, if you are not happy with our product, we will refund your money without asking for a reason.

9. How can I track the shipping status of my order?

10. What if my kit arrives damaged or missing items?
